On February 19, 2027, we will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of Star Wars by re-releasing the original 1977 version, available in theaters worldwide for a limited time.
As part of Lucasfilm's 50th anniversary celebration, a new, restored version of the classic Star Wars (1977) film, later renamed Star Wars: A New Hope, will be shown in theaters throughout the year.
